Bug Description
When using the gstreamer.com SDK (version 2012.7), Exaile crashes whenever the OSD plugin shows the window. Apparently anytime that set_opacity is called on a window, the interpreter crashes.
It has not been observed on other versions of PyGTK on Windows. However, I think an appropriate fix is to just disable the fade in/out on Windows, since it's better to not crash.
