Bug Description
/etc/cron.
It looks like it is trying to get information about packages whether or not they are installed? If so it should suppress the error/warning messages for missing packages (assuming they are really not anything which needs human attention).
Alternatively, if there really are missing packages which should be there, then there must be some missing dependencies somewhere.
