Rhythmbox play button has an odd square around it.

There is a an odd light square appear around the play pause button in the sound indicator. please see video.

Seems I can't record it and it goes off before the snapshot kicks in.

Steps to reproduce as the video:

1. Open the indicator-sound menu
2. Select play on the RB insert
3. hover the mouse around the play button note the thin square
4. pause and do the same.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

I see the same square outline around the play/pause symbols, in totem's on-screen-display. Like when watching a video in fullscreen, and hitting the spacebar for pause. I don't think that was there a couple weeks ago, in Quantal.

Of course, if it's related, I'm not sure where to file this. :) Thanks.

Same exact effect on both the sound menu's play button and the software center's progress button. Some days I get this artifact, some days not.

This bug is still present on ubuntu 14.04 LTS, I can't guess how to trigger it, but it does frequently.
