Shotwell Viewer's bottom bar is inactive when open maximized

Bug Description
HOWTO REPRODUCE:
1) In Ubuntu12.04.1, open Nautilus, select a picture, and open this picture with Shotwell Photo Viewer.
2) Maximize the Shotwell Photo Viewer window
3) Close the Shotwell Photo Viewer window
4) Reopen any picture with Shotwell Photo Viewer.
RESULT:
The bottom menu bar (Rotate, Crop...) is transparent and inactive. See attached screenshot.

I believe this is a duplicate of bug #932520, which has been fixed in Quantal. See also http:// redmine. yorba.org/ issues/ 4966 .
