vinagre crashed with SIGSEGV in g_utf8_validate()

Expected:
Should connect to the VNC host and show password dialog

What happens:
crashes on attempt to connect to a VNC host. Happens before the password dialog opens.

I am using the gnome 3 ppa, and I do not know if this verison comes from upstream or not.
