Bug Description

QA tests for event based hazard calculator are the same of the classical calculator (See attached document in: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openquake/+bug/1047250). Indeed classical and event based calculator must provide exactly the same hazard results (in terms of hazard curves).

Given that the QA tests use Sadight et al 1997 GMPE, the following bug needs to be resolved first: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openquake/+bug/1049588
