Calendar empty after upgrade to Thunderbird 15 and provider .18

Upgraded to Thunderbird 15 & Lightning 1.7 & exchange data provider .18 and no events show up for my Exchange calendar.

I've tried to recreate my calendar but that didn't help.

Unfortunately there was barely any debug output:

The addon is not supported anymore. Moreover, Thunderbird 15 broke E4X support, which is also required by the new Exchange addon. For now, downgrade to Thunderbird 14.
