Bug Description

The commit 1523fab5ee465df096b2c76d27b634c1f52aca77 causes the unit tests to leave behind a folder when running nova.tests.test_libvirt.

$ git status

# Untracked files:

#
# nova/tests/nova.compute.manager/
nothing added to commit but untracked files present (use "git add" to track)
