SOLVED!

First I have decided only to upgrade "dracut" and that worked.
# apt-get install dracut

After that I have restarted the package, which I needed originally. During that installation, the new kernel version was also configured correctly.
# apt-get install multipath-tools

Also a graphical package update could be finished without problems.
