Pidgin is not showing the usual status buttons in the messaging tray item, only unity-mail is present.

I think this bug is a duplicate of Bug #1040259 I opened another Bugreport and got pointed to this bug.

There were some changes in "[...]We've changed the way applications talk to the messaging menu[...]" see:

If anyone thinks, this bug is no duplicate just remove the duplicate-info or reply here, so i can do this.
