Bug Description

Using 12.10+xserver-xorg-video+nouveau 1:1.0.1-4~ubuntu1+Unity 6.4. Ran updates (06 Sept). Rebooted and soon after the desktop had loaded I opened Synaptic and I got the error message - system program problem detected. I clicked to check the details and got the message - ubuntu has experienced an internal error. The details message revealed the path to be /usr/bin/xorg and another message said xorg crashed with SIGABRT.
