Bug Description
Documented usage for `force-builds.py`:
raise SystemExit("Usage: %s <branch> <comments> [test-case-name]" % (sys.argv[0],))
Notice `test-case-name`, which is supposed to be usable to limit which tests are run. This is a handy tool to speed up the development process by getting build results for a 1 or 2 second subset of the suite, instead of the full 15 minute build results.
This used to work, but no longer appears to.

The command now still builds the documentation builder though.
