Can not upgrade Ubuntu version from 11.04 to 11.10. I like to upgrade the Ubuntu to 12.04.1 now!

Can not upgrade Ubuntu version from 11.04 to 11.10. I like to upgrade the Ubuntu to 12.04.1 now!

Below error occurred when updating using update manager,

Could not calculate the upgrade
