Bug Description

Please backport redeclipse 1.3.1-1 (multiverse) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
This new version of Red Eclipse breaks compatibility with version 1.2, such
that 1.2 clients will be unable to play on 1.3.1 servers.

It would be good if the version in Ubuntu was compatible with the majority of
current servers, allowing people to find players for multiplayer games.

Testing:
========

Tested in a pbuilder chroot:

* precise:
[x] Package builds without modification
[x] redeclipse-server installs cleanly and runs
[x] redeclipse-server-dbg installs cleanly and runs
[x] redeclipse-dbg installs cleanly and runs
[x] redeclipse installs cleanly and runs

Reverse dependencies:
=====================
The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of redeclipse. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new redeclipse. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new redeclipse installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.
