UX2 PEOPLE grid buttons don't trigger actions when clicked

Is this UX1 or UX2? By "not working" do you mean, you click the button and nothing happens?

...clicking on the grid buttons (Print, Picture View, Download, etc.) don't have any effect.

Jim, this was done on blaflamme-reskin-bugfixes so it should be testable now.

I just tested and it looks good.

this looks good on staging...but the button for adding search tool to web browser toolbar still does not work.
