Bug Description

Every time, when unplugging AC power on Toshiba L735-101, I get a popup pretending the battery is almost empty and the system will hibernate very soon (whatever the actual battery charge may be, even full...)

However, the system doesn't hibernate and the battery indicator may show 3+ hours remaining running time (which is true).

Also, when charging, the battery charge doesn't seem to go above "79%" (I'm pretty sure the battery is in good condition and the system has less than 6 months of life...).

All these events are regressions that didn't occur before upgrading from Precise to Quantal Alpha 3...
