Bug Description

The cronjob always shows i386 only packages as not installed on my amd64 system:

/etc/cron.daily/popularity-contest:
Package `gtk2-engines-oxygen' is not installed.
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.
Package `ia32-libs-multiarch' is not installed.
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.
Package `libaio1' is not installed.

The amd64 version of the package is not installed, only the i386 version.
