[regression] Dash - Hitting enter no longer opens first item

Prior to unity 6.4 (I believe) if the Dash was opened and a search typed and then the Enter key hit then the first item on display in the Dash was opened. This is no longer the case, it now appears to always open the first item in Files and Folders section.

This is a big regression for me.
