Bug Description
The behavior that occurs when clicking the USB Launcher-Icon does NOT conform to the Unity guidelines.
This is the everyday behavior for all apps (except the USB icon) when clicking a Launcher-icon in Unity:
1. if app is NOT running, clicking the launcher-icon opens the program in a new window.
2. if app is running (and the app has current-focus), clicking the launcher-icon does nothing.
3. if app is running (but the app does NOT have current-focus), clicking the launcher-icon causes the app to be moved into focus.
When I attach a USB thumb-drive to my computer, a Launcher-Icon which represets the USB appears at the bottom of the Launcher. When I click this USB-Icon for the first time, a new nautilus window opens to display the USB contents. If I click the USB icon a second time, ANOTHER NEW NAUTILUS WINDOW OPENS. If I click the USB icon a third time, ANOTHER NEW NAUTILUS WINDOW OPENS.
This should not be! Clicking the Icon when the app is already running should only bring the Nautilus window to the front-focus position. It should NOT be opening new windows.
