Bug Description
I'm using Firefox 15, Kubuntu 12.04 I can't no longer drag&drop a page that i want to bookmark to the top. The line to put it between already existing bookmarks never appears. If i just drop it, the bookmark will be added at the bottom. If i go into the bookmark menu and let me display all bookmarks, i can move them with the line appearing.
