Libre Office error Unity when open more to two windows

When I open more than two windows LibreOffice writer, an error occurs. Nominations open windows disappear from the sidebar and I can no longer maximize, minimize or restore open windows.
I restart the session for the Unity back to normal. This error always happens when I open more than 2 windows LibreOffice Writer.

I'm using Ubuntu 12.10 with Unity

Can you post a screenshot of the issue, so we can understand it? Right now, the description isn't very helpful, and I've never experienced anything similar with LibreOffice yet.

You can see that Libre Office is opened but the indicators are not on the icon. In this casa, I can interact with Libre Office. But a can't alternate between two instances.
