Edge Scrolling not working in Xubuntu 12.10

Bug Description

This is probably not the right package to report against...

Edge scrolling is not working on my touchpad. In Xubuntu's "Mouse and Touchpad" settings, the device shows up as "AlpsPS/2 ALPS DualPoint TouchPad".

Edge Scrolling is enabled. Also, Horizontal scrolling does not work either when enabled.

Please let me know if there is any more information needed.
