Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal with ppa:unity-team/release

Issue 1 : Visible delay in graphics seen when launcher changes from normal saturated looking icons to desaturated look when dash is opened. The graphics is not smooth due to the delay.

Issue 2 : Sometimes the launcher flickers for a brief second and all icons on launcher stay saturated even when dash is open. This issue is best reproduced when there is no other window open on screen.

Action:
- Open dash
- Observe the launcher area.
