Online settings: Jabber account setup is completely blank

I can't create new Jabber accounts, because the setup window is either completely blank or the application freezes.
This happens by accessing gnome control center either from the Dash or from Empathy menu, and just clicking on new account and selecting jabber as the type of account.

If I launch the gnome-control-center from a console, I can see the following lines:

I can confirm this bug more or less. It seems to take several minutes until the content inside the window appears and I can go on entering the account credentials.

I confirm kai-mast's observation on 13.04. There are no error messages on the console to report.
