The information doesn't change when i change of data provider

Bug Description

Hi

When i change the data provider the weather information doesn't change regardless if I restart the computer.

I use the 11.11.28 version on Ubuntu 12.04

It's probably because Google closed their weather API: http://thenextweb.com/google/2012/08/28/did-google-just-quietly-kill-private-weather-api/

@Michal: That doesn't seem to explain why it doesn't work with Yahoo, either. (Unless Yahoo uses Google services?)

In my case it works well with Yahoo, except forecast no longer works.
