Bug Description

All Ubuntu changes are ok to override, as they have been subsumed in the latest Debian source package. The following changes are in the newer Debian source package:

wxwindows2.4 (2.4.5.1.1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * NMU
   * Build using python2.4. Closes: #373411.

This newer source package resolves an RC bug as listed at http://ajmitch.net.nz/~ajmitch/missing-fixes-rc.html
