Bug Description

I had used my laptop for about 2 hours (mostly running the unity manual-tests), then suspended it. When I resumed it later, I observed the following behavior:
 - Screen was all black, but 'woke up' when I moved the mouse or hit a key.
 - It didn't actually wake up, it just displayed the background image and the mouse cursor. Nothing else. The mouse curser did not move in reponse to mouse movements.
 - After a short period, the screen would go to sleep again.
 - Could not switch to tty via any of tht Ctrl-Alt-F# combinations
 - Could not log in remotely due to no sshserver installed (it's a fresh install)
 - Had to power cycle to recover.
 - On reboot, the crash was filed.

The following packages are installed from ppa:unity-team/release
 - compiz 1:0.9.8.0-0ubuntu1~test8
 - bamf 0.2.122+bzr482ubuntu0+437
 - libnux 3.2.0+bzr651ubuntu0+361
 - unity 6.2.0+bzr2633ubuntu0+762

Running on nvidia hardware with nouveau driver.
