Please provide changelog.txt file

In the versions prior to 6.14 in -source tarballs there was a directory called doc/_sources/
Now it is gone. Please add it back.

What's the justification for this?

The documentation source code is downloadable from our github repository:

http://www.renpy.org/renpy/renpy

Is there a good reason for including it in the tarball?

Actually there was a changelog.txt file in pure text format (not html), please include this file in tarball.
