no support for make test

Bug Description
Please add a support for make test into the cmake files.
Right now I'm running the tests by executing test-runner which makes it fairly different from other projects. make test is a standard we should support.

xpathselect supports make test:
bzr branch lp:xpathselect
cd xpathselect
mkdir build
cd build
make
make test
works for me.
