[regression] Black background around after dash is restored

Using trunk. When you unmaximize the dash the screen is shown black on some regions. see the screenshot. I believe it to have the same cause as bug 1036521. I have attached the screenshot.

Regression of bug 992516. Though I never did an explicit fix for bug 992516. It was only marked as fixed because it appeared to be fixed at the time.

I suggest a proper fix (for this bug) would be to call CompositeScreen::damageScreen when the dash is restored.

This seem not to be happening anymore, Brandon also confirmed that the issue is no longer happening for him as well.

Tonight I left the computer on. When I turned on the screen this morning the background was totally white.
Ubuntu 12.10 64 bits
