Bug Description
Binary package hint: kwalletmanager
When I open kmail, it uses the kwallet thing to ask for my password. However, the dialogue box that does the asking appears behind the current window and with no associated entry in the task bar. This means that you have no way of knowing that it's there. Instead, it should have a task bar entry that is flashing to indicate it wants attention, or appear in front (but not focus stealing)

Doesn't happen in KDE 4.1 anymore.
