FFe: new version 1.3.3 with security fixes available

Bug Description

This is a request for freeze exception for including newest version of torcs in Ubuntu/quantal.

New Torcs game versions 1.3.3 and 1.3.2 with security fixes are available since 2012. Also there are lots of crash bugs in Ubuntu bug tracking system - new TORCS version shoud fix at least some of these bugs.

1.3.3 version was uploaded into Ubuntu but FTFBS. Attached debdiff (against 1.3.3-5 from Debian/sid) makes it build (tested on amd64).
