Bug Description
I am using a Wacom Intuous4 pen, and when I use the the calligraphy tool with the pen tilt feature (which on my tablet actually uses the angle of the pen, not the tilt - this tablet supports both) The pen nib stays parallel to the pen, whereas with a real pen I would hold it so the pen nib was perpendicular to the angle of the pen over the paper.
I would like to be able to offset the calligraphy tool's nib angle while using the tilt feature, simulating rotating the pen around in my hand to have the on-screen angle of the pen more closely match how I would actually hold a pen, or just be able to rotate the pen nib 90 degrees from the value inkscape is currently using at the least.
I am running Windows 7 and Inkscape 0.48.3.1-2.
