Show bluetooth status in menu bar option should be restored in Ubuntu 12.10

Bug Description
The "Show bluetooth status in the menu bar" option at the bottom of the Bluetooth panel in System Settings was dropped when we switched to gnome-bluetooth 3.4 at the beginning of the quantal cycle.
gnome-bluetooth moved a bunch of its code to the gnome-control-

Thank you for your bug report, are you sure we kept that option before?
the option was added in precise and reverted with that changelog entry
" * debian/ patches/ 01_use_ app_indicator. patch:
- dropped (design decision), hiding system indicators is not
something most user do and doesn't require a visible ui element,
the gsettings key is still available though"
