Static background image pixalated when starting another level

Bug Description
Ex.: I play level x and I finish it. When I start level x+1 (in the same play (so not closing the program)) the static background image, the one with the speech about what happened and/or what you have to do, is pixalated or with a pixalated shadow... (I don't have pictures, sorry). Or may be it's just that the color palette isn't reset to the default one...
This is NOT a priority, just a little "it might look better" fix! :p

Confirmed, although it is actualy the color pallet glitching out and only displaying 8 bit colors. it mostly happens when you play non-expansion maps. It's occurence is very uncommon though.
