did you format the partitions you were installing to or was the previous install (working or not) directories erased?
I noticed similar outputs from ubiquity when I erased the old install when re-installing.
[ Home directory /home/ubuntu not ours.
Error opening file for reading: Permissão negada
** (ubiquity:2814): CRITICAL **: unable to create directory '/root/ .cache/ dconf': Permissão negada. dconf will not work properly. ]
After making a new partition table and partitions + formatting them before installing fresh the above errors never happened.
