Playing a track removes it from the queue

One thing that really annoys me about exaile is that the queue removes tracks from itself when playback occurs. Now, I realize that changing this would be a huge user expectation change, so I've added a new mode to the queue object.

When this new mode is enabled, the queue acts like a regular playlist, and moves the position as tracks are played. This allows previous/next operations on the queue.

When a new track is queued, the position is set to play that track, and play will continue with that track until the queue is exhausted, and then the assigned playlist will be continued.
