It is a build dependency for all clutter-gst rdeps which are ported to use gstreamer1.0, like totem 3.5.90, gnome-sushi 3.5.90

This is parallel installable with clutter-gst-1.0 and so needs a new source package. Packaging is updated in lp:~robert-ancell/clutter-gst/update-1.9.90. Need to check if debian will be using the same naming (clutter-gst2.0).
