Bug description:

alt+tilde is used to switch between windows within an application. When pressed, a preview of all windows from an application show up in the switcher and subsequent "alt+tilde" presses cycle through the window previews allowing you to select the one you want to switch to.

The problem occurs only when alt+tilde is first pressed. The highlighted window preview should be of the window that was active when alt+tilde was pressed because when the alt key is released this is the window that gains focus. However, this is not the case. If, when the switcher window previewer is still active, the tilde key is pressed for a second time, the window previews switch order and now when alt is released the currently selected window preview will be given focus. After the second tilde press, subsequent tilde presses won't switch the window order and the correct window is given focus. Releasing the alt key at any point resets everything.

Similar to alt+tilde is alt+tab when the option "Automatically grid windows on timer in switcher" is selected in CompizConfig Settings Manager -> Ubuntu Unity Plugin -> Switcher Tab. However, when this window preview is initialized with alt+tab, there is NO issue.
