spontaneous error

I was copying files in Nautilus, GTG was just running in the tray, I was performing some updates in the back ground (not GTG updates). Error message pops out of nowhere saying an error occurred and I should report a bug.

GTG Version: 0.2.9
Distro: Debian testing (Wheezy)
