Bug Description

Sometimes, in ~10% cases when I boot to Ubuntu network manager don't want to connect to wired network. In most cases I need to disable networking and enable it to get it working. Sometimes when I need just to turn on or restart the computer and leave it to work with tasks in the startup it starts to be a problem.

Updates are the latest.

actionparsnip (andrew-woodhead666) , in my question https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+question/211351

Asked me to run:

echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" | sudo tee /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/tail > /dev/null

But it didn't help. After next boot I have the same problem.
