[needs-packaging] libdri2

Rob Clark created the project libdri2 to make it easier to extend the DRI2 protocol, and avoiding having many duplicates all around.

We need this package to be included at Ubuntu in order to have a working PVR SGX OpenGL ES2.0 driver for OMAP 4 (as it's binary only, and built against the shared library libdri2).

FYI, the build-dependency on quilt and the use of --with quilt in debian/rules are both unnecessary because as a 3.0 (quilt) format package, the quilt work is all done automatically by dpkg-source.

override_dh_auto_install:
        dh_auto_install --destdir=debian/tmp

I believe this is redundant; debian/tmp is the default target directory for multi-binary packages.

Otherwise, this looks good to me.
