keyboard layout text is in one line

1. In switchboard (system settings) keyboard layout plug text is in one line hence,looks crowded in 'Personal'.
 it should be in two lines.

2. User accounts and universal access should be in double line too or use only 'accounts' and 'universal'.

3. Clicking on 'user accounts','Power'and 'Network' plugs momentarily blacks out the system setting before opening the respective plugs.

The text spacing issues have been solved now, for the black flickering we got a separate bug.
