Bug Description
In Quantal Quickly has been upgraded (I am not sure if this is getting SRUed to Precise) and this means that whenever we run 'quickly' the project gets upgraded and breaks. As such we need to port the codebase to the new version of Quickly while still being able to release our next version on both Precise and Quantal.
