Wishlist: A more attractive Self Check interface

Recently, I was contacted to see if we could turn the text links in self check into buttons, so they were easier for patrons to click. I decided to take that, and run with it a bit more to make the interface a bit more visually appealing.

* Built on master. Not sure if it will cherry-pick backward, but it would be easy to re-write for an older version post-2.1.

We've been using some of the work mrpeters did here in our production selfcheck setup for awhile. Thanks paxed for the second look. Pushed to master with one small change -- there were two places the self check logo image was added, we only needed it in one place, so I dropped the unnecessary image from the final commit that was added to master.
