Week34 - Dragging an item on dash shows delay in graphics

Ubuntu 12.10 quantal with ppa:timo-jyrinki/prerelease on machines with Radeon, Intel and Nvidia cards.

Issue:- While dragging an item over dash, the item attached to the mouse does not move at the same speed as the mouse pointer and there is a visible delay.

Additional info:- The item stays attached to the mouse pointer during drag but while moving it from one end of the dash to the other end, there is a visible gap of few centimeters between the mouse pointer and the item being dragged. As soon as the mouse pointer has stopped moving but hold is still active, the item is seen moving towards the mouse pointer which displays the delay in graphics.

Action:
- Open dash or files lenes
- Click on any item and hold
- Drag the item over the dash area in varying speed
