Screen is turning off when it must not to

Bug Description

In settings "Brightings and Lock" I'm setting not to turn off the screen, but it turns it off. Sometimes reboot will help, but when I set to turn off the screnn for ex. 1 minute - it don't turn it off. Again, sometimes reboot will help

I'm running ubuntu 12.10 and the problem wasn't fixed.

I had search for dconf in search and unchecked 'ideal -activation-enabled'

I'm running 12.10 on my laptop. And with the latest updates I don't have this bug anymore without any reboot.

I found a working wokraround for me on askubuntu.com

Type "xset s 0 0" in the terminal
