Bug Description
There is no display on HDMI port with tilt-stable-panda JB build 32 :

Reverting to MLO and uboot from older builds ( the one I tried build 13) the display starts working again.
The kernel used in this build is 3.2 TILT stable kernel:

The latest u-boot-linaro is based on upstream v2012.07 where pin config initialization has been removed for all but essential stuff expecting the kernel to do it. We need to revert these changes until the kernel does all its own pin configs.
