can not submit my timesheet on erp

can not submit my timesheet on erp

When I try to "Submit Completed Timesheet" it always popup and error message:

No product defined on the related employee.
Fill in the timesheet tab of the employee form.
</pre>

I had attached my screenshot, could you please help me on that?
