Bug Description
pt-stalk doesn't allow the notify-by-email option:
# pt-stalk --notify-by-email <email address hidden>
Unknown option: --notify-by-email
Usage: pt-stalk [OPTIONS] [-- MYSQL OPTIONS]
For more information, 'man pt-stalk' or 'perldoc /usr/local/
# pt-stalk --version
